Disorders of fruits and vegetables makes them unfit for consumption and lowers down the market value. These can be caused by physiological damages, adverse weather conditions, nutritional imbalances etc. Some of them can recur frequently whereas few are unpredictable and hence knowledge about the cropping history, field etc., can provide better understanding to evaluate and control the causes.
