- The affected leaves and stems change their normal green colour to various degrees of yellow and leaves tend to flatten and crinkle and as a result bend over.
- Severe stunting of plants, dwarfing and twisting of flower stalks. Leaves are sometimes crinkled and flattened and tend to fall over. Bulbs are undersized.
